Rosemary has been a full-time desert resident since 1976.   

Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, she had her own business, WOODWARD'S SWIM INSTRUCTION, whereby she taught private swimming lessons throughout the desert in people's home pools. 

In 1991 she decided to utilize her business acumen and desert knowledge in a different means so she studied for and earned her Real Estate Sales license. During the next ten years, Woodward continued to expand her education in Real Estate earning two additional licenses:  Residential Appraiser and  Broker. Her latest designation of GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) was achieved in 2002 and is held by less than 1% of all California Real Estate licensees.  

Few  real estate professionals can match the education, experience, and desert knowledge that Rosemary has to offer to her clients. In her role as office broker, Ms. Woodward  makes herself highly available to her agents.  She personally supervises every one of their transactions.  

Rosemary´s personal interests include golf, reading, and swimming.
